Greg just serviced our two heaters for the winter. I asked about installing a damper in our master BR. He spent time tracing our ductwork and informed me a damper was already installed and showed me how to use it. He also helped with several issues that were not part of the discounted winter service. I asked if he had always worked for Modern Air and learned he had worked at a big service provider, but the focus was on the numbers. He wanted to help people, so joined Modern Air. Thank you, Greg. We have been Modern Air customers for many years. We are completely satisfied with the work they have done for us. And now that Modern Air has added Plumbing Services to their company, we have become very satisfied customers with their plumbing department as well. We recently had our toilets reseated. Brian Kohutek and his assistant Duncan worked quickly and efficiently. They did excellent work and respected our home, making sure they took precautions to keep our house clean during their work and afterwards. I offer the highest recommendation possible for both their Plumbing Department and their A/C services. They kept our old A/C unit running for years and then replaced it with a new unit when the old one finally gave out. The A/C unit installation and subsequent service was and is exceptional. Their prices are fair and the work is guaranteed. So if you need A/C or plumbing work done, I urge you to GO MODERN.
