I was fortunate to be referred to this company by my independent HVAC man about 20 years ago. Everyone from the admin staff to the qualified technicians to sales has been great to work with. Honest, fair, knowledgeable. They'll try to help over the phone to see if they truly need to make a service call. They'll come by on their way home. I've had everything from minor repairs to full new systems installed. I won't call anyone else. Give them an opportunity, you won't be sorry. (I could name names, there are so many though!)
